Treatment-planning approach
Questions I consider when reviewing a case
What is the patient's actual problem before choosing the type of treatment?
Which parts of treatment are genuinely necessary, and where can intervention be reduced or limited?
What are the long-term implications of this decision for maintenance, repairability, tissue health, and future treatment options?
These questions are not meant as a universal formula for patients or as instructions for colleagues; they are simply questions I return to in many clinical cases.
